Visit Turku's Tourist Information Office is closed from March 17th but you can contact the Tourist Information Officers via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media (Facebook & Twitter). Most of the staff of the Tourist Office are now working remotely. You can contact them all via telephone or e-mail.
Visit Turku has cancelled all organized walking tours until June 30th 2020. Any individuals who have made reservations will be contacted and informed how to proceed. Any customers who are uncertain or have questions can also contact email@example.com.
Groups who have made reservations through Visit Turku sales will be contacted personally and informed how to proceed. Any customers who are uncertain or have questions can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
In any matters relating to events, please contact the event organizer or ticket sales. Event organizers can provide information on cancellations to email@example.com, so that the information can be published on Turku’s event calendar.
