Turku is being comprehensively showcased at the Matka Nordic Travel Fair 2018, held from 19 to 21 January, in the Finnish Archipelago section, booth 6n2. Participants include Visit Turku, Challenge Turku, Flowpark, Suomi Gymnaestrada, Holiday Club Caribia, Samppalinna Summer Theatre, Sokos Hotels Turku and Radisson Blu Marina Palace Hotel Turku, Turku City Theatre, City of Turku Recreation Division, Viking Line and Åbo Svenska Teater.

Turku Philharmonic Orchestra’s spring programme highlight at the Travel Fair is Vesa-Matti Loiri’s Runoilijan tie concert, held on 1–2 February at Turku Concert Hall.
