The Turku Philharmonic Orchestra is one of Finland's largest orchestras, whose roots can be traced back to 1790, when the Musical Society of Turku was founded.
The Philharmonic Orchestra provides fantastic musical experiences from September to May. Orchestra concerts include top Finnish artists on a regular basis as well as world-renowned conductors, star soloists and guest composers.
The Orchestra’s repertoire includes new innovative pieces, custom-made compositions, scores from film and entertainment, great works of church music, dance, opera as well as the classic symphonies.
