Steamship s/s Ukkopekka

In summertime Ukkopekka's Day Cruise sails from Turku to the sunny Naantali, just next door to Moomin World, and back again. The gently lapping Airisto waves, the lush Luonnonmaa sands and the narrow straits of the glistening Archipelago sea, are an experience you’ll never forget. The route passes the ginger villas and bathing huts of Ruissalo towards the north shore of Airisto and Naantali. An exciting Pirate Adventure awaits the children on board ship.

On summer nights, the ship heads to Loistokari on Entertainment and Evening cruises. The evening begins with Archipelago starters served in the steamship salon, followed by Loistokari's smoked fish and flame-grilled meat and vegetable delicacies. The island’s rugged beauty is the backdrop to live music and pier dancing, whilst a gorgeous sunset accompanies the journey back. Music and dancing continues in the ship’s salon on the way home.
